Alumni Program
“Recovery Bay’s alumni program connects individuals, because lasting recovery relies on support.”
How Our Alumni Program Strengthens Recovery
There is immense power in being supported by a committed network of people who have first-hand experience with substance use disorder. Our 45–60 day program includes one of the most vital features of drug and alcohol treatment at Recovery Bay: our alumni program. Growth, self-awareness, and commitment are key, but they aren’t always enough to maintain sobriety.
In other words: people need people.
What Is an Alumni Program?
The people you attend addiction treatment with will feel like family by the time you leave Recovery Bay. Our alumni network is an extension of this group. There are various benefits to an alumni program, including:
- Connecting with people facing similar challenges
- Staying in contact with supportive people
- Help encourage others in group therapy
- Get one-on-one support from a therapist when you need it
- Keep focused on the goal of long-term recovery
When it comes to our alumni program, you’ll find a wide range of resources available to you for both drug and alcohol addiction and mental health concerns. Having the right sober network makes a world of difference for people recovering from substance use disorder. Even if you are self-quarantining, it is important to have a reliable recovery network available to you. You don’t need to suffer alone.

How Does an Alumni Program Help You?
That is one of the most important questions to ask when considering any type of therapy. The key with our rehab aftercare is understanding all that it can offer to you. When you step back into your life, things will change. You’ll be faced with stress at home, with family, with friends, and at work. You’re likely going to have many things you want to do to get back to life.
At the same time, it’s easy to find yourself in high-risk situations that could trigger a relapse. The only way to avoid this is to continue to work through your rehab aftercare program with people who can help you keep focused on your goals. Our alumni program gives you the tools to do that.
Investing in the Addiction Recovery
Before you can start on the path of rehab aftercare, you need to work through our treatment programs. Some of those services include:
- Residential drug treatment
- Drug detox services
- Dual diagnosis treatment
- Men’s rehab
The type of care you’ll start with depends on the level of severity of your needs. We’ll provide a full assessment to help you make wise decisions in these areas.
We're Here for You!
